WINDWARD CONTRACTING INC is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Construction Laborer. This position involves various tasks essential to the construction process, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Education and Experience
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: On-the-job training provided
Work Environment
  • Work is primarily conducted outdoors
  • May involve underground tasks
  • Exposure to dusty conditions
Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and handle construction materials
  • Set up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, and barricades
  • Mix and apply materials like concrete and asphalt
  • Assist with drilling and blasting operations
  • Grade land to specified levels
  • Perform asphalt paving and raking
  • Sort and clean salvaged materials
  • Clear debris and rubble from job sites
  • Manage traffic around construction zones
Equipment Proficiency
  • Experience with concrete vibrators
  • Familiarity with jackhammers
