About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Centralized Operations Team (COT) at Autodesk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain tools for our CI pipeline to deliver continuous value.
  • Contribute to building a robust and reliable cloud infrastructure platform.
  • Propose innovative solutions, balancing system robustness and new ideas.
  • Develop and promote best practices to other engineers.
  • Work both as an individual contributor and a collaborative team member.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer/Developer or similar role.
  • Experience implementing DevOps infrastructure (i.e., CI/CD, automation, IaC).
  • Proficiency with cloud-based infrastructure and services (Azure or AWS).
  • Solid expertise in Python or similar scripting language.
  • Experience with Orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Solid Git/GitHub expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and organize solutions for clarity and simplicity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (NewRelic, Splunk, ELK).
  • Experience with configuration/provisioning tools (e.g., Vagrant, Ansible, Chef).
  • Familiarity with virtualization/containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, AWS).
  • Experience with Artifact and package management systems (e.g., Artifactory, NuGet).
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems.
