About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bakery Team Member to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and sweet goods to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer demands.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
