Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist who embodies our commitment to patient-centered care and has a passion for helping others. If you thrive in a vibrant outpatient environment and are eager to expand your clinical knowledge, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of outpatient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, and mobility limitations.
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize electronic documentation systems to record treatment sessions and recommendations accurately.
  • Oversee the treatment provided by Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Mentor Physiotherapy students as needed.
  • Engage with external partners and referral sources to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in an outpatient physiotherapy setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
