The Role
The Assistant Store Manager - Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of stylists and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and influence the team to deliver excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion jewellery brand
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Passion for fashion and customer service
