Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide mental health services to students and families in High Level and surrounding communities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to support student well-being and academic success.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address student mental health needs.
- Provide counseling and therapy services to students and families as needed.
- Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support services.
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work).
- Experience working with children and families in a school or community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of mental health principles and practices.
