We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field.

Work Environment

The work site environment is dusty, noisy, and may have odours. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service
  • Test drive vehicles for proper handling
  • Clean and maintain the work space
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  • Repair or replace interior components
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
Requirements
