About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and free of hazards, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support Team Members: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Familiarize yourself with Little Caesars' policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Reliability and Teamwork: A reliable and team-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
