Senior Digital and Ecommerce Analyst

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital and Ecommerce Analyst to join our team at Junction Collective. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving online revenue and optimizing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate actionable insights: Use data analysis to inform website improvements and digital campaign effectiveness, with a focus on increasing profitability and growth.
  • Support key stakeholders: Respond to ad hoc site analytics and sales requests from UX, Paid Media, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Develop ecommerce dashboards: Create tracking systems for online activity across B2C, B2B sites, and consumer-facing apps.
  • Drive digital analytics reporting: Develop insights for campaign optimization and post-mortems, as well as conversion funnels, for Paid Media and Commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence team: Contribute to data modeling on digital topics and act as a point person for measurement and analytics in digital projects.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate SQL skills: Strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Education and experience: Bachelor's or College Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Technical skills: Skilled with online analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap), Business Intelligence tools (Looker preferred), and experience with LookML, Salesforce, and Clickup.
  • Soft skills: Curious, passionate about using data to drive decision-making, flexible, and able to present strategies and results to collaborate across departments.
