Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including assessments, medication administration, and developing individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural education and experience an asset.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $41.42 and a casual work schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
