Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including assessments, medication administration, and developing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
  • Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural education and experience an asset.
