Culinary Specialist

We are a dynamic and fast-paced catering firm seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
