Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Specialist to join our team at our Laval Boutique. As a key member of our stock team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily boutique operations, product flow, and inventory management. You will act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive brand experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management while maintaining merchandising excellence;
  • Receive merchandise while ensuring accuracy and quality control;
  • Effectively communicate with team members and store management to ensure seamless operations;
  • Create a positive brand experience for customers through exceptional customer service and product knowledge;
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires daily interactions with a bilingual clientele;
  • Passion for coffee, sustainability, and a desire to expand knowledge of Nespresso coffees;
  • 1-2 years' experience in stock, warehouse, or similar role;
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software;
  • Health and safety oriented;
  • Ability to stand for a full workday and repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 23 kg.
