Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with the production goals.

• Collaborate with department supervisors to balance production deadlines and goals, ensuring that the Director's vision is achieved on time and within budget.

• Manage assignments for staff, including scheduling, priorities, and deadlines, ensuring that all team members have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.

• Conduct daily check-ins with team members to ensure that progress is on track and troubleshoot any issues that may be preventing the department from achieving its creative goals.

• Communicate priorities, deadlines, and any needed changes effectively and diplomatically on a regular basis, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned with the production goals.

• Direct production assistants and production coordinators to ensure that all shots and elements are tracked, organized, and QC'd prior to Director reviews.

• Provide regular status reports to the Production Manager and Producers, including the current week's progress and the following week's goals.

Qualifications:


• DEC, Bachelor's (BA) degree or equivalent experience.

• 3 years experience as an accomplished APM and/or Production Coordinator.

• Proficient in MS office suites, including Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of scheduling software.

• Experience in traditional 2D and/or 3D animation production.

• A thorough knowledge of production and animation process.

• Experience creating, maintaining, and editing film/television/animation schedules.
