Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nam & Kim Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure and have a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks.
- Have excellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and be a team player.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Recognized employer with a permanent work term and 30 hours per week.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
