We are on the lookout for skilled Drivers to join our team based in Middleton. This position is initially offered as a contract with the potential for full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and load the truck along designated routes, adhering to contractual obligations.
- Complete routes efficiently and securely.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment while navigating various traffic and road conditions.
- Maintain communication with team members and supervisors to receive directions and report any issues encountered.
- Promptly report any driving violations or license suspensions.
- Stay vigilant and aware of surroundings at all times.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and utilizing the correct tools and equipment.
- Act in the best interest of the company in all situations and take necessary actions to uphold these responsibilities.
- Ensure the safety of fellow team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid commercial driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Minimum Class 3 License required.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in waste management or recycling is an asset but not mandatory.
