Job Title: Truck Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Operations Manager to join our team at DM Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our trucking operations, ensuring that our drivers and equipment are utilized efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of trucking operations, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Driver Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our drivers, ensuring that they are properly trained, equipped, and supported to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of trucks, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on trucking operations, including metrics on productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
