Retail Merchandising Team Supervisor
SAS Retail Services Canada is actively seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Lead to oversee grocery resets and relines.
What We Provide:
Competitive pay at $18/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute resets and relines by interpreting and implementing planograms with all items accurately tagged.
- Manage product tagging, rotation, and shelf placement, including adjustments to shelf heights.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with SAS Retail Services Management, Store Management, and assigned merchandisers.
- Provide timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.
Are You Qualified?
- Reliable transportation to various local locations.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable using smartphone technology.
- Previous experience in grocery or big box retail merchandising is preferred.
- Familiarity with planograms is a plus: Training is available.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other merchandisers.

Position Summary
The Retail Merchandising Team Supervisor is tasked with merchandising and resetting products from ASM manufacturers at retail locations to meet the expectations of customers and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Reset Activities, Shelf Conditions, and Schematic Completion: Implement customer-approved schematics/planograms with all items tagged and approved by store management. Follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves.
• Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with Advantage Solutions management and external customers.
• Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports through web-based systems.
Travel Requirements
Travel and driving are essential functions of this role, with travel up to 20%.
Minimum Qualifications
To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0-2 years in retail merchandising or sales.
Skills and Abilities
• Previous retail experience is essential.
• Strong self-management skills are required.
• Ability to complete daily tasks without direct supervision.
• Demonstrate good judgment and respect for others.
• Focus on the general reset of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) at various retail locations.
Environmental & Physical Requirements
The incumbent must be able to perform essential functions of the job in a retail environment, which includes engaging in considerable physical activity, lifting up to 35 kgs, and standing for long periods. The role may require working in cold conditions (e.g., refrigerated and freezer sections) and necessitates travel and driving.
