Budtender - Cannabis Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Budtender to join our team at Pruthvraj Inc. as a key member of our cannabis retail staff. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge of our cannabis products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory and be able to answer customer questions about product availability and pricing.
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
