**Job Summary**
As a Customer Account Specialist at ArdoVLM, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between the Sales team, suppliers, and customers. Your administrative expertise will be instrumental in supporting the business's operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales team, suppliers, and customers, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and other business-critical tasks.
- Responsible for all order entry in SAPB1, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate the sending of Sales Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Assist in the creation of new item master data, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in administrative software, including SAPB1.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
