Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, guiding them through the hearing care process and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage customer appointments, scheduling, and confirmation, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
  • Prepare Hearing Care Professionals for customer appointments, ensuring they have the necessary information to provide exceptional care.
  • Convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments, driving marketing campaigns and managing callback and lead lists.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient clinic operations.
  • Create invoices for products and services, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Educate customers on Amplifon programs, products, and services, resolving customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain efficient clinic operations, overseeing inventory, organization, and customer support, while anticipating clinic and customer needs.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Diploma in business or medical administration preferred.
  • + years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting.
  • + years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of the hearing aid industry preferred.
