Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
