Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Receive and Relay Information: Communicate effectively with central dispatch to receive and relay important information.
  • Ensure Safe Transportation: Safely transport goods to their destination, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to handle a large workload.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate strong judgement, organization, reliability, and a hardworking attitude.
Work Environment

As a Shunt Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You must be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
