Security Supervisor

Bulls Security Inc is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate the work schedules of security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
Maintenance and RepairArrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on security equipment and facilities.
Emergency ResponseBe the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
Team ManagementSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
Training and DevelopmentTrain security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
Working Conditions- Work Term
Permanent position.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours35 hours per week.
