- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess the performance of our team and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize our cleaning schedules and ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to a high standard.
- Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies and procedures for our janitorial team, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: Manage our cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete our tasks.
- Hire, Train and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise our janitorial team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a janitorial or supervisory role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
