Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Golden BlueBirds Home Health-Care Services.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being. This is a temporary position, requiring a flexible schedule and a willingness to work on-call.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Perform other tasks as required to support client care
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move clients as required
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
