About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at a2z Cleaning Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate independence and self-motivation.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe and accessible environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling to perform tasks that require flexibility and mobility.
Experience
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
  • 37.5 to 40 hours per week of work.
