Shift Manager

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during their shift. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of food preparation staff, training new staff members, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food products.
- Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on shift performance and customer feedback.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of food preparation staff. The work schedule will vary depending on the needs of the restaurant, but will typically include evening and weekend shifts.
