As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for steering cross-functional project teams through the entire lifecycle of IT initiatives, ensuring the successful attainment of project goals while adhering to established timeframes, scopes, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the completion of project methodologies and processes, including:

- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the IT Project Management Methodology by providing insights and support to the Portfolio Management Office.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Formal training in project management or equivalent certification.
- An active project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP).
- Training in recognized change management methodologies is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
- Experience in a municipal government context is a plus.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to guide project teams toward defined objectives.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills across departments and with external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, showcasing tact and diplomacy.
- Capability to develop and coordinate plans for multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
