About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Artificial Lift Engineering Specialist, where you will play a key role in maximizing the efficiency and output of our unconventional assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production optimization solutions for existing producing wells and future development areas.
  • Develop innovative and effective plunger lift and rod lift designs tailored to unconventional reservoir characteristics.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize artificial lift systems for various well conditions.
  • Oversee the implementation and day-to-day operation of plunger lift and rod lift systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to artificial lift systems.
  • Analyze production data and well performance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align lift system strategies with reservoir and production goals.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering from a recognized program.
  • At least 10 years of experience in production engineering and optimization, including a minimum of 5 years in artificial lift systems design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong expertise in unconventional behaviors, well performance analysis, and fluid dynamics.
  • Substantial hands-on experience in unconventional fields with a focus on plunger lift and rod lift systems.
  • A proven track record of successful artificial lift system design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
