Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work Scheduling: Schedule work for staff members to meet business needs.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and Requisitioning: Prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. A high level of organization and attention to detail is required to succeed in this role.
