Job Title: Junior Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Estimator to join our team at Epic Roofing & Exteriors Commercial Ltd. As a Junior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, creating and submitting estimate reports, and setting up cost monitoring and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for various projects
  • Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bids forms
  • Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems to track project expenses
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely estimates
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in estimating or a related field
  • Strong understanding of estimating software and systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
