Position Overview

As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant at Avia Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacy operations. Your contributions will ensure the efficient management of pharmaceutical services and enhance patient care.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate prescription records to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products with precision.
  • Manage inventory and maintain adequate supplies.
  • Perform general clerical tasks to support pharmacy functions.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment for pharmacy operations.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
Experience Requirements
  • Prior experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
