About the Role:
Southside Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all leads from various sources to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Meet individual and departmental sales goals, promoting new business and contributing to the company's customer base.
- Provide a superior customer experience, exceeding expectations and demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.
- Set and achieve monthly productivity goals, planning and organizing strategies to reach objectives.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models, staying up-to-date on product training and updates.
What We're Looking For:
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers, providing excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to work hard and achieve deadlines, being punctual and reliable.
- Self-starter and outgoing attitude, with strong computer skills and ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
