Job Title: Food Quality Specialist

Del's Pastry Limited is seeking a highly skilled Food Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough tests and analyses using various physical and chemical separation techniques to ensure the quality of our food products.
  • Set up and conduct chemical experiments, tests, and analyses to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  • Assist in the development of programs for sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our production team to implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compile and interpret experimental or analytical results to inform quality control decisions.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a relevant field, such as food science or chemistry.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a quality assurance or laboratory setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
