Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Replenishment Team Member to join our team at Michaels in VAN-SURREY. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find products and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Assist with merchandise duties, including truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards.
  • Engage customers on our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments as needed.
  • Support Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in store recovery and maintenance, including merchandise returns and general store recovery.
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, and carrying.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
