Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Ensure dining areas are tidy by clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to effectively clean dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
  • Prepare take-out food for customers.
  • Assist customers at counters or buffet setups.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Sanitize kitchen spaces, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Receive, unpack, and store kitchen supplies in appropriate areas.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash regularly.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as required.
