Senior Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software solutions using cloud services, machine learning methods, and big data technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and reliable.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code is maintained.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
The Recommendation Optimization Experience (ROX) team is a dynamic and innovative team that is responsible for developing software solutions that help advertisers achieve their business goals. We are a team of experienced engineers, product managers, and data scientists who are passionate about developing cutting-edge software solutions.
Requirements- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
