Overview

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Centre Manager to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our distribution centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of products to our customers and production lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and other personnel to optimize processes and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee all aspects of distribution centre operations, including receiving, picking, production picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
  • Develop and manage the distribution centre's budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, delivery times, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management, with a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with proficiency in warehouse management systems related to SAP and other relevant software.
