Workforce Manager Opportunity
Jardeg Construction Services Ltd. is in search of a Workforce Manager to oversee operations in the field of Labour Relations. Reporting directly to the Workforce Director, this role is pivotal in managing employee relations and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and grievances
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic initiatives
- Provide mentorship to frontline managers and supervisors
- Plan and manage workforce requirements effectively
- Lead the workforce management team
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for recruitment efforts
- Design and implement relevant programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with training and safety certifications
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in field operations or Labour Relations is advantageous
- A degree in HR or Labour Relations is preferred
- Experience within the construction sector is beneficial
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
