Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Adler Insulation 2005 Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Review financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems, and performing general office tasks.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reconcile accounts and notify customers of any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounts payable, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
