Job Summary
We are seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process and sort merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in inventory management and control processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory levels
