Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shelf Stocker to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a Shelf Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Count, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting cycle counts.
  • Stocking and Merchandising: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Physical Demands: Lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Requirements
