Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and Lead the Team
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and Implement Health and Safety Plans
    • Work with senior management to develop and implement health and safety plans that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Inspections and Investigations
    • Conduct regular inspections of workplaces to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
    • Investigate workplace accidents and illnesses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide Training and Education
    • Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Manage Training and Development

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
