As an Investment Advisor, your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing client relationships by delivering exceptional advice and service tailored to the mass affluent market. Your clients are your most valuable asset, and your main objective is to provide investment and financial planning guidance to assist them in achieving their unique aspirations.

Successfully completed (or are working towards) the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation (or IQPF designation within Quebec), and/or the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Accreditation as a mutual funds professional in good standing with CIRO licensing requirements (Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course). The ability to work independently as a self-motivated entrepreneur with minimal supervision. Knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory landscape.

What can you expect in return?

A competitive compensation and benefits package that rewards the growth and maintenance of your client base. Access to advanced resources to support your development, including dedicated marketing assistance, powerful mobile technology, and leading CRM, portfolio, and financial planning software. The opportunity to build enduring client relationships through exceptional advice and service. A workplace culture that values diversity, respect, and inclusion. An organization committed to making a positive impact in our communities – for you and your clients.
