Inventory Operations Specialist

Transchem / OPW is seeking an experienced Inventory Operations Analyst to support the Operations team in Cambridge, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide expert-level support for inventory system administration, including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including ERP systems.
