Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated culinary professionals to join our team at Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, BC. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services to our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality food and beverages in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a high-volume resort or restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
