Position Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager (Senior Analyst) to enhance our Global Multi-Asset Strategies (GMAS) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a diverse investment portfolio, including equities, bonds, credit, and commodities across various markets.

The GMAS team utilizes a comprehensive approach to develop alpha-generating strategies, integrating both quantitative and fundamental methodologies.

In this role, you will support the management of our quantitative credit strategy and liquid alternative strategies, which encompass long/short approaches in global rates, equities, and foreign exchange. Responsibilities include:

  • Research and development to enhance existing strategies and identify new opportunities with strong diversification.
  • Creation of analytical tools and ensuring data integrity for execution.
  • Conducting detailed analyses for reporting and supporting GMAS systems.

This position provides an exceptional opportunity to understand the entire cycle of systematic investing, from data generation to portfolio construction and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant investment experience across major asset classes.
  • A strong academic foundation in computer science, mathematics, finance, or engineering.
  • Exceptional programming capabilities, particularly in C#, Python, and SQL.
  • A deep understanding of financial markets; CFA designation is advantageous.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage extensive financial data.
  • A highly analytical mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Self-motivation and a strong drive for results.
  • The ability to cultivate positive working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
