Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000 annually

Job Description:

As a Physiotherapist at Top Tier Reps LLC, you will play a vital role in evaluating clients and designing personalized treatment plans to maintain, improve, or restore physical function and mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction.

Our Physiotherapists work in hospitals, clinics, sports organizations, rehabilitation centers, and may have private practices. They collaborate with clients to set treatment goals based on diagnoses and create and implement physiotherapy treatment plans encompassing therapeutic exercise, manipulations, massage, education, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, and other modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' physical abilities using evaluative procedures like functional ability tests to make physiotherapy diagnoses
  • Collaborate with clients to set treatment goals based on diagnoses
  • Create and implement physiotherapy treatment plans
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary
  • Provide advice on exercise and strategies for home implementation to enhance treatment outcomes
  • Communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding clients' progress and needs
  • Maintain clinical and statistical records and consult with healthcare colleagues
  • Develop and execute health promotion programs for clients, staff, and the community
Qualifications:
  • Certification by the College Of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) and in good standing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to ongoing medical education
  • Ability to manage diverse health issues across all age groups
