We are seeking a skilled RCPSC-certified Vascular Surgeon to join our team at Guelph General Hospital in Ontario.
About the RoleAs a key member of our medical team, you will collaborate with a dedicated group of experienced Vascular Surgeons to provide regional care to the city and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality vascular care to patients
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Vascular Surgeons
- Participate in the development and implementation of vascular surgery programs
- Contribute to the education and training of medical staff
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Certification in Vascular Surgery
- Current licensure to practice medicine in Ontario
- Experience in vascular surgery, with a focus on EVAR, open AAA, hybrid vascular procedures, CEA, limb salvage, peripheral bypass surgery, dialysis access, endovascular procedures, and angioplasty
- Access to endovenous private outpatient facility
- Access to Wound clinic, onsite full time nurse practitioner for inpatient care
- Access with reading privileges at vascular ultrasound facility
- Opportunity for shared office space
