About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Eco Care Constructions Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Support Services: Assist the medical examiner in charge as needed.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable foundation.
  • Debris Removal: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure efficient operation.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: Work in English.
